Ulla Popken, GINA LAURA and JP 1880 collections are currently available at over 600 locations. To expand the Popken Fashion Group further, the group requires more stores.

Since the group has years of global retail experience, they can guarantee security and solvency as a tenant. The group is a private company and
is not managed by banks or investors. The value of the property will increase strongly through the group’s high quality investments.

Franchise concept

The Popken Fashion Group provides its partners with a franchise concept that can be implemented all over the world. As independent companies, our franchise partners market one of the three fashion labels – Ulla Popken, GINA LAURA or JP 1880 – in their mono-brand stores
on a sales floor of at least 130 m².

Popken Fashion Group’s franchise branches are based in cities that have a high purchasing power in good, well-visited locations with a suitably competitive environment.

IN-STORE

In-store marketing concept

Through partnerships, the Popken Fashion Group uses the experience it has gained from managing approximately 600 stores to provide in-store marketing displays. Selected sections of the brands’ collections are put on display in a plot of at least 30 m².
The Popken Fashion Group’s in store displays can be found in fashion houses that are in good, well-visited locations and in cities with a high purchasing power. The displays stand out well and are located on the main aisle or at the entrance to the appropriate department.

Comprehensive service

The Popken Fashion Group always fully supports its franchise and in-store marketing partners in using this business concept. This means that our partners benefit from concepts that are well developed and centrally managed with respect to shop design, marketing – incl. special occasions- and finance.

Each individual location can be used to its full advantage by customising solutions. In return, franchise partners can show off their experience in the textile retail industry with a store that is very well placed, while in-store marketing partners can show off their expertise as multi-brand textile companies.

FACTS

Transparent investments

The Popken Fashion Group takes absolute cost control and complete transparency to be a given.

Both partner concepts allow one-off investments to be made for store construction and interior decoration. Franchise partners incur a one-off franchise fee that is based on the size of the location and plot. In-store marketing partners incur running costs for goods. At the same time,
they benefit from more lucrative terms and conditions as they continue to work with us.

Franchise and in-store marketing partners are invited to order meetings which are usually held 5 or 6 months before a particular season.
